"I came to yoga a few years back while I was traveling around Costa Rica for a summer. Since then, I have continued to travel extensively to various parts of the world and despite witnessing so many cultural differences, the practice of yoga has remained the one constant; always positive and without judgement. No matter where I am in the world, yoga is a safe and fun environment that brings people together and I strive to create every class I teach to represent just that. I like to say that my teaching style matches my personality: spontaneous and playful, yet focused and calm when need be.
When I’m not doing yoga, I run my own online agency that specializes in social media marketing and custom website design for medical and healthcare providers. I earned my 200-hour YTT as well as my Pre/Post-Natal, Children and Teens yoga and meditation certification in Bali but the journey continues every single day I'm on my mat. Things I love: sun, sea, sand, surfing, snowboarding and of course, savasana."
